We pride ourselves in a dynamic vibrant staff. Our team of over 1100 trained healthcare professionals and seasoned industry experts are spread in our clinics across the country and at our HQ in Laiboni Centre, Lenana Road, Nairobi; all dedicated Towards a Healthier Kenya.

Employee engagement is at the core of our human resources. Our employees are involved in monthly ‘birthday babies’ celebrations, round table discussions, town hall meetings, internal brand events among other interactive activities.

We aim for a more human workplace with an open-door policy where each person is accessible to other members of the team for free flow and exchange of ideas.

Staff Scholarship Program

Bliss Healthcare endeavours to assist employees acquire additional qualifications relevant to their jobs through sponsorship for both short and long-term courses. These are courses that run for anytime between 6 months and 5 years.

The scholarships are offered on annual basis sponsored by Bliss Healthcare. There is a competitive selection process for one to qualify.

The primary goal of this program is to make employees more productive and efficient in their roles thus improving their performance and work quality.

The request for sponsorship originates from the departmental heads upon initiation from the individual staff seeking sponsorship.

Bliss Management Trainee Program

The Bliss Management Trainee (BMT) program is a mentorship and empowerment initiative that aims to prepare junior employees to take up managerial roles with Bliss Healthcare. It takes 18 months of intense training.

The criteria for selection is that the candidates:

  • Below 30 years old.
  • Minimum 12 months Tenure in the organization
  • Passionate about healthcare management
  • Employees from Assistant Manager level and below are eligible.
  • At least a diploma/degree in a related filed from a recognized institution
  • Possess leadership qualities with a positive attitude.
