Bliss Healthcare Commemorates its 11th Anniversary

Bliss Healthcare kicked off its 11th Anniversary celebrations by making a donation to a local school. The healthcare organization donated school shoes, dental kits and sanitary towels to 440 students of Ndurarua Primary School in Nairobi’s Kawangware area.
Speaking during the event, Bliss Healthcare’s Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Gabriel Njue said, “The immense approval for the quality and affordable services we offer is why we have operated successfully for the past 11 years. The current donation is just the beginning of very many activities we plan to carry out to engage our communities that we serve as we mark our anniversary.”
During the CSR exercise, Dr. Njue got a chance to speak to the students on matters performance as well as the importance of working hard to achieve their future goals. The students were very excited to receive the donated items.
The Deputy Headteacher of Ndurarua Primary School, Mr. Gitonga together with his team, identified the students who would benefit most from the school shoes, dental kits and sanitary towels. Speaking on behalf of the school, he thanked Bliss Healthcare for the thoughtful donation.
“These will go a long way in helping the students study more comfortably and reduce on health hazards associated with poor footwear and cases of school absenteeism due to lack of sanitary towels for some of the girls,” he added.
